Lovely, clean and comfortable hotel. The customer service was probably the best we have ever experienced while staying in any type of establishment. The staff offered smiles and helpful attitudes, and all seemed to be invested in what they were doing.
We really enjoyed our stay! The only thing I would tell the manager of the hotel is that the shrubs at the end of their driveway is a visual hazard because you can't see cars coming! Those need to be cut down or removed. Cars fly around the corner. Scary.
Staying here to be close to the hospital. The staff are the best! Katelyn at the front desk (as well as James and others) were incredibly helpful and friendly. We sat in the lobby playing card games and socializing in the evening, ate delicious continental breakfast in the same area in the morning. Small, clean, comfortable space. Exactly what we needed!
I stayed here for two nights and had an amazing experience. James the evening worker was incredibly helpful with all my needs. I’m handicapped and he helped with the doors as well as bringing things to my room for me to minimize walking for me. He made sure my service dog and I were all set and when I called down to ask for something he stoped everything he was doing and grabbed more towels for me and brought them to my room within minutes. All of the staff were amazing and super helpful but James really went above and beyond
This hotel is okay if you don’t mind being outside the Tampa area. We booked it thinking it was closer in. We did like the fact there are lots of stores and restaurants nearby. We were even able to walk to them although there wrr weren’t really sidewalks. We walked on the edges of streets and through parking lots.
Rooms clean, bathroom clean, great water pressure. Breakfast was perfect. Loved pancake machine. Various choices of items to eat and drink. Loved the 24hr coffee , tea, hot chocolate. Too cold for pool for us so we didnt use. Staff was very helpful and kind. Thank you James! We walked to hospital to visit a family member. Stores close by for shopping/snacks/liquor.
Perfect location near medical facility before and after surgery. Ground Floor accessible room featuring fridge, microwave and grab bars in bathroom plus free continental breakfast and clean facility were important factors in choice. We were not disappointed. All the staff were efficient and friendly and the hotel stay was a major stress reducer.
I have to give 5 stars to Microtel Zephyrhills because we had such a great experience. The woman at the front desk was so helpful, accommodating and friendly. You can tell she truly takes pride in her role. Additionally, everything was so clean and well stocked. Coffee, water, hot cocoa and a tea selection were available in the lobby 24/7
